Heart of Georgia Home Inspections was founded in 2019 with a single goal in mind: To provide a quality, thorough, and informative home inspection with the key focus being on customer satisfaction. We encourage the client to stay with us throughout the entire inspection to learn as much as they can about their new home. Although a detailed inspection report will be provided within 24 hours of the inspection, nothing can replace the hands-on experience, training, and knowledge that our chief inspector, InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector Alex Cubbage, will provide. We will stay with you on site for as long as it takes to ensure you are comfortable and fully understand the ins and outs of every feature and system of your new home. We feel that a home inspection is more than just identifying deficiencies that you will want the seller to correct before closing, but rather an experience that will orient you and enable you to be comfortable and enjoy your new home from the minute you move in.
Based out of Perry, Georgia, Heart of Georgia Home Inspections is proud to serve all of Middle Georgia; or as we like to call it “The Heart” of Georgia! Our chief inspector, Alex Cubbage, has a unique background unmatched by any home inspector in the local market. Mr. Cubbage holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University and has worked for the Department of Defense for over 10 years where he has managed, inspected, and provided technical oversight for the design and construction of multi-million-dollar, state-of-the-art facilities for the Army and Air Force. This experience and understanding of how a building is constructed and operated directly translates into the ability of performing a quality home inspection. Additionally, Mr. Cubbage is certified through the American Home Inspector Training (AHIT) Institute and is an International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) Certified Professional Inspector (CPI).
